Club Race Meet 01W – Winter 2023
Entries Close: 8:00pm Sunday 10th May 2023
(If you have nominated correctly, you should receive a confirmation email)
Swim Meet: Friday 12th May 2023
There is an overall maximum of 3 events, with a maximum of 1 event from each stroke set.
Arrivals: National, State & Gold ready for 4.15pm in the water, Silver, Bronze & Green ready for 5.15pm in the water.
Warm-Ups: National, State & Gold 4.15pm-5.15pm; Silver/Bronze/Green 5.15pm-5.45pm with assistance by National & State squad.
Parents Rosters in to position: 5.45pm – 5.50pm
Races commence: 6.00pm
Please note some events will be handicapped (please refer to event listing).
To qualify for Winter Trophies, you must have swum in at least 5 out of 9 Winter Club Race meets over the 2023 winter season.
Also if you are 10yrs/under you must have recorded a time for each of the 50m Free, 50m Back, 50m Brst, 100m IM and 50m Fly (8yrs/un exception) over the 2023 winter season.
If you are 11yrs/over, you must have recorded a time for each of the 100m Free, 100m Back, 100m Brst, 200m IM and 100m Fly over the 2023 winter season.
Squad Promotions are also dependant on attending 50% of Club Race Meets.
Recommendations to maximise accumulation of points
10yrs/Un Standard Points: 50m Back, 50m Breast, 50m Fly & 50m Free
10yrs/Un Double Points: 100m Back, 100m Breast, 100m Fly & 100m Free
11yrs/Ov Standard Points: 50m Back, 50m Breast, 50m Fly & 50m Free
11yrs/Ov Double Points: 100m Back, 100m Breast, 100m Fly & 100m Free

All Masters are encouraged to give our Club Race Meets a go.
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Saturday, 13 November 2021 from a Short Course (25m) pool. If no time is available, then it will look at the Long Course (50m) times.
